Meet the Founder and Father

Hello there! I'm Mark Smith, the founder of The Universal Father. 

As a father myself, I understand firsthand the significance of this role and how profoundly a father's presence can shape a child's life. It is this deep understanding and passion for fatherhood that led me to start this coaching program.

For years, I have been working closely with men from all walks of life, helping them unlock their true potential and guiding them on their transformational journeys. Coaching, for me, is not just a profession; it is a genuine calling. Witnessing the positive impact of engaged and present fathers, I am inspired to support other men in embracing this sacred role with confidence and love.

In my coaching practice, I strongly believe in radical accountability. I challenge my clients to step out of their comfort zones and into their power zones, empowering them to grow and evolve as fathers and as individuals. The focus of my coaching is on genuine transformation, nurturing a deep and lasting connection between fathers and their children.

One aspect that sets me apart is my informal approach, which creates a high trust environment for my clients. I have had the privilege of working with business leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams on an international scale.
